Spring Sports Physical and GPA

High school students interested in baseball, girls’ softball, boys’ volleyball, boys’ tennis, or coed track & field -
Middle School students interested in playing on the soccer team -
should review the eligibility requirements below.
• Students must have and maintain a 2.0 GPA
• Played a fall or winter sport: Pick up a PIAA Section 7 Recertification Form from Mr. Shevitz
• Did NOT play a fall or winter sport: Pick up a sports physical packet from Mr. Shevitz
• SciTech physicals: Space is limited; packets signed by a parent/guardian must be returned to Mr. Shevitz ASAP (date TBD)
• Outside doctor: Completed physicals and packets due by March 2
• Students must have and maintain a 2.0 GPA
